There is a stand off between IEBC Commissioners at the Bomas of Kenya over the presidential results.
The Star has established that the commissioners have failed to agree on the finally tally, and that some of them have refused to sign on the same.
A source privy to the details said the Commissioners have threatened to address the press separately.
Four out of the seven commissioners are said to be in disagreement with the final tally over discrepancies.
Speaking to the media at Serena Hotel in Nairobi, the four commissioners led by vice chairman Juliana Cherera, said they were not going to be part of the results.
Other commissioner include; Francis Wanderi, Irene Masit and Justus Nyang'aya.
They, however, said the election was done in a well coordinated manner until the last phase of it.
