Uganda's Minister of Justice, Norbert Mao, has raised critical concerns about the International Criminal Court (ICC), calling for reforms to ensure fairness and equality in global justice.

“A court should be a court of law. Not a court for settling political scores.

"We believe in international justice. But justice must be based on equality,” he told Sputnik Africa on the sidelines of the 13th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.
