Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has released the latest photos of the completed renovation at Utawala Academy in Embakasi.
Owino said the students at the school deserve good infrastructure.
"In the 2022 KCPE Exams Utawala Academy emerged number one in Nairobi County among public schools," Owino tweeted.
Owino disclosed to the Star that he rewarded the school with a renovation, for their exemplary performance in the 2022 KCPE exam.
He highlighted some of the changes which have been effected at the school.
"We fixed modern tiles, new ceiling boards, roofing, painting and new window glasses in all 31 classrooms," he said.
This is also part of ongoing education developments championed by the second-term MP.
