The last two episodes of 'Stranger Things 4' were released early on July 1.
Downdetector.com reports Netflix users started experiencing issues with the platform at around 3 a.m. ET.
'Variety' reports that nearly 13,000 people issued complaints at the top of the hour.
They also took to Twitter to voice their frustrations.
