Hosted at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) Event Grounds, the event is a partnership between Radio Africa Events and the KICC, bringing together premium tequila experiences, world-class DJs, great food and an atmosphere unlike anything Nairobi has seen before.
With tequila now the third fastest-growing spirit category in East Africa, The Agave Affair is positioning itself as more than just another party.
It is designed as a lifestyle experience where music, fashion and premium hospitality come together over a ten-hour celebration running from 4 pm until 2 am.
DJ Festa joins the party
Among the latest additions to the lineup is DJ Festa, born Peter Tinkoi Karbolo, whose journey to becoming one of Nairobi's most recognisable DJs is as inspiring as it is entertaining.
Popularly known as "The Big Man," the Narok-born entertainer once worked as a nail technician while pursuing his dream of becoming a professional DJ.
His persistence paid off, earning him a place under Kym Nickdee Entertainment before becoming a regular at some of Nairobi's most popular entertainment venues, including K1 Klubhouse.
Festival-goers can expect an energetic performance blending crowd favourites with feel-good party anthems that have made him one of the city's favourite entertainers.
The Hype Master takes over
Also joining the decks is DJ Chunky Love, popularly known simply as DJ Chunky.
Beyond being a familiar voice on Homeboyz Radio, he has built a loyal following through his vibrant on-air personality, engaging digital content and infectious energy behind the decks.
Dubbed "The Hype Master," DJ Chunky is expected to inject high-octane energy into the festival with crowd interaction, seamless transitions and an upbeat set designed to keep the atmosphere alive throughout the evening.
A heavyweight lineup from start to finish
The two newest additions join an already star-studded roster that promises something for every music lover.
DJ Mista C, renowned for his creative live performances and smooth transitions across Hip-hop, Afrobeat and Gengetone, will bring his signature versatility to the festival.
Joining him is DJ Tophaz, affectionately known as "Mr. 5ive Star." Famous for his hugely successful Vibez O'clock mixes that have attracted tens of millions of online views, he has built a reputation as one of Kenya's most exciting open-format DJs.
International flavour will come from DJ Big Chipi, one of the most celebrated female Amapiano DJs across Kenya and Tanzania, whose energetic performances have made her a favourite on major festival stages.
Adding even more excitement is Tha Daqchild, widely recognised as the "King of Good Times." Known for his vibrant club performances and infectious stage presence, he promises to deliver one of the night's most memorable sets.
