Footage shared online later showed Henry being carried out of the venue on a stretcher and taken to a hospital for medical attention.

The Miss Universe Jamaica organisation confirmed that Henry did not sustain life-threatening injuries.

"She was taken to Paolo Rangsit Hospital, where medical professionals are attending to her care. Tests are ongoing to ensure her full recovery," the organisation said.

"We kindly ask everyone to stay positive and send good thoughts as she receives the necessary medical care."

Miss Universe owner Raul Rocha also reassured fans, noting that he had been with Henry and her family after the fall.
