[PHOTOS] Ruto lays foundation stone for Affordable Housing at Konza Technopolis

President William Ruto on Monday laid the foundation stone for the Affordable Housing Project at the Konza Technopolis.

The President was accompanied by other leaders when he launched Strategic Projects at the Konza Technopolis.

He was seen interacting with leaders and Kenyans at the site. The President also took part in the construction.

As a Vision 2030 flagship project, Konza is developing into a world-class Smart City, leveraging green energy, affordable housing, conferencing facilities, and state-of-the-art infrastructure to attract investors and digital tourists alike.

Through a whole-of-government approach and strong Public-Private Partnerships, the government is working to ensure Konza becomes Africa’s largest Smart City and a global hub for innovation.
