How PWDs can access Kasarani for Kenya vs Seychelles match

They will also be allowed to use VIP and VVIP lifts.

Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has called on Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) to ensure they are not left behind as the rest of fans throng Kasarani Sports Complex for the Kenya vs Seychelles on Tuesday.

Kenya will be facing off Seychelles for the 2026 World Cup Qualifiers.

The game will be kicking off from 4 pm. 

According to FKF, Persons with Disabilities will be allowed to enter the stadium with cars, and will sit at section 5 and 13 since the said sections are fitted with ramps.

They will also be allowed to use VIP and VVIP lifts.

"Persons with Disabilities (PWDS) are welcome to attend tomorrow’s Kenya vs Seychelles match at Kasarani, as well as future games," FKF said.

Designated seating is available at Sections 5 & 13 (with ramps), car access for PWDS is through Gates 6 and 12, and VIP/VVIP lifts are also accessible."

Parking inside the stadium is limited to VVIP ticket holders with valid vehicle access passes only.

To beat last-minute traffic and ease security checks, fans are advised to get to Kasarani at least 3three hours before kick-off.

Kenya’s Harambee Stars on September 5, saw their World Cup dream dashed after a 3-1 defeat to Gambia in a decisive 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier at Kasarani Stadium.

The Scorpions struck first through James Gomez Sinyan before Yankuba Minteh doubled their advantage.

Musa Barrow added a third to seal Gambia’s spot at the World Cup. Kenya’s consolation came from Rodgers Ogam, but it was not enough to alter the outcome.

The tournament will take place from June 11 to July 19, 2026.

It will be jointly hosted by 16 cities in three North American countries; the main host country of matches is the United States, while Canada and Mexico will be the auxiliary hosts.

The tournament will be the first to be hosted by three nations. This tournament will be the first to include 48 teams, expanded from 32.
