President William Ruto on Tuesday chaired a Cabinet meeting at State House, Nairobi.

Ruto chaired the meeting hours after returning from Ethiopia, where he attended the second UN Food Systems Summit Stocktake (UNFSS+4).

At the summit, Ruto delivered Kenya’s national statement, reaffirming the country’s commitment to transforming food systems to support sustainable development and enhance climate resilience.

The President updated members on the progress of key transformative infrastructure projects as the country advances its development agenda.

Deputy President Kithure Kindiki was present during the meeting.
