The Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) has introduced a simplified, step-by-step guide to help undergraduate and TVET students apply for subsequent loans using the HELB mobile app.
The initiative is aimed at making loan applications more convenient by allowing students to complete the process directly from their mobile phones, eliminating the need for physical forms or in-person visits.
