US President Donald Trump has expanded his merchandise offerings, following the unveiling of “Trump Fragrances”.
According to the Hill, the President took a short break from the political issues dominating his Truth Social on Monday evening to hype the fragrances.
“Trump Fragrances are here. They’re called ‘Victory 45-47’ because they’re all about Winning, Strength and Success – For men and women,” he said.
“Get yourself a bottle, and don’t forget to get one for your loved ones, too. Enjoy, have fun, and keep winning!”
The perfumes can only be officially purchased through the getTrumpFragrances.com website.
Trump showcased images of the $249 (Sh32,245.50)-a-bottle “Victory 47-45” fragrances, offered in both male and female versions.
The name is a nod to his electoral wins in 2016 and again in 2024. Trump served as the 45th US president from 2017-2021 and is now the 47th president.
The perfumes are packaged in gold-colored statuettes resembling the Republican President in a business suit, with his bold signature featured at the base.
Also highlighted on the site are other fragrance lines, including the now sold-out “Victory” cologne, which came in gold bottles topped with a bust of Trump.
Another offering is the $199 (Sh24,741)) “Trump” fragrance, bottled in glass and marked with an image of Trump raising a clenched fist alongside the slogan
“Fight, Fight, Fight”, a reference to the assassination attempt he survived at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, last year.
The Hill adds that the products are being sold by the 45Footwear LLC company, via the President’s name, image and likeness partnership with CIC Ventures LLC.
The company is behind the pricey sneakers, watches and other branded items that Trump promoted while campaigning for reelection last year.
The website says 45Footwear LLC is “not owned, managed or controlled” by the president, the Trump Organization or CIC, but it pays CIC for the branding deal.
