
Shortlisted candidates have their interview dates and times scheduled differently.
For the chairperson, there are eight candidates, and for the member position of the commission, there are 11.
Those shortlisted for the chair post are John Muriithi Waiganjo, William Otieno Oketch, Anne Waceke Makori, Jonathan Lodompuinoon, Simon Nabukwesi, and John O. Konchellah, and will have their interviews conducted on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at different
times of the day.
Others are Matilda Pamela Aleyo and Amani Yuda Komora. They will have their interviews
scheduled on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 9:00 am and 10:00 am, respectively.
For the member position of the commission, four of them,
Ahmed Mohamed A, Buluma Bwire, Elizabeth Mueni Kimulu, and Maina Njoroge, will
have their interviews conducted on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at different times.
The seven remaining candidates, namely Daniel Mwangi Karomo, Adan W.
Kabelo, Angeline Yiamiton Siparo, Wayongó Cyril Simiyu, Musangi Jane Mutua, Parmain
Ole Narikae, and Shaabnan Ali Isaack, will have their interviews conducted on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at different times.
Under the provisions of Article 246(2)(a) of the
Constitution and Section 5 of the National Police Service Commission Act 2011,
the Selection Panel had invited
applications from suitably qualified persons for the positions of the Chairperson
and Member of the National Police Service Commission in the print media and the
Public Service Commission website on May, 22,2025.
“The list of all applicants can be accessed on the Public
Service Commission website: www.publicservice.go.ke,” NPSC noted
The interviews will be conducted at the Public Service Commission, Harambee Avenue.
Shortlisted candidates are advised to be at the venue at
least twenty (20) minutes before the starting time.
Shortlisted
candidates are reminded to carry with them original documents of their National Identity Card, Academic and
Professional Certificates and transcripts, and any other supporting documents
and testimonials.
They should also have their Current and Valid Clearances
from the following bodies: (Kenya Revenue Authority), Ethics and Anti-Corruption
Commission, Higher Education Loans Board any of the registered credit reference
bureaus, Directorate of Criminal Investigations (Police Clearance Certificate), Letter
of recognition of qualifications from the Commission for University Education
(CUE) for any degree obtained from foreign universities, and Recommendations
from relevant professional bodies (where applicable.
Members of the public are also invited to avail any credible information of interest relating to any of the shortlisted candidates through affidavits to the Chairperson via email [email protected] or through the Office of the Secretary/CEO, Public Service Commission situated on 4th floor Commission House, Harambe Avenue, Nairobi on or before, June,30,2025.
