The delegation was led by Ambassador Guo Haiyan.
The meeting, also attended by Chen Zhiwen, Director of the Political Section, and Mr. Du Siyan, Liaison & Political Officer, focused on the evolving strategic partnership between the two nations.
Discussions centered on mutual cooperation across key sectors including infrastructure development, trade, education, security, and people-to-people exchanges. Koech acknowledged the significant contributions of the partnership to Kenya's development.
