Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company (NCWSC) has launched a three-day Customer Engagement Clinic aimed at resolving long-standing service delivery challenges affecting residents in parts of Karen.
According to an official invite by Nairobi Water, the sessions, which will kick off on Tuesday, specifically target customers residing in Baobab, Kumbe Road and Fahari Close.
“You are invited to a Customer Engagement Clinic starting today (Tuesday). Come engage with us, share your feedback and get assistance with any water supply and sewer issues,” the company stated.
The clinic, running daily from 9am to 4pm, is scheduled to end on Thursday.
Nairobi Water said the initiative is part of a broader strategy to improve service delivery by offering on-the-spot assistance and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
Key focus areas include addressing water supply issues, sewer challenges, meter reading discrepancies and contractual concerns.
Additionally, the sessions aim to sensitise customers on available self-care platforms to help them manage their accounts more independently.
