Friends and leaders joined the family of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s aide and bodyguard, George Oduor, for a memorial service at the House of Grace in Nairobi.

Emotions ran high as they eulogised him as an honest and dependable person who had become a family member.

The leaders included Petroleum and Energy CS Opiyo Wandayi, Westlands MP Timothy Wanyonyi and Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna.

Oduor died on Wednesday, April 2, while undergoing treatment at a city hospital.

He will be laid to rest on Friday, April 11, 2025 at his home in Ndori, near Bondo.
