A head of one of the top state agencies could soon face the anti-graft agencies. Reason? Angry stakeholders have accused the officer of allegedly overseeing the wanton ‘theft’ of the agency’s properties. The stakeholders claim the official has purportedly engineered illegal leasing of prime properties belonging to the agency, including parcels of land. The stakeholders are now threatening to petition the anti-graft agency to probe the officer's illegal leasing of state-owned properties.
