Kenyatta University mourns
Kenyatta University lost 11 students in a grisly road accident on Monday in Maungu, Voi, Taita Taveta county, along the Mombasa-Nairobi highway.
The 11 were among a group of 58 others heading to Mombasa for an academic trip before their school bus collided with a trailer.
Doctors strike
Doctors have held protests for nine days as they demanded that Interns be posted.
Holding up banners and blowing whistles, the doctors say they are demanding among other issues, better pay and the posting of interns.
"Nakhumicha must go!" they shouted as they strolled down Hospital Road from Kenyatta National Hospital.
The strike entered day 9 on Friday.
Kenyans mourn Journalist Rita Tinina
Rita Tinina was found dead on Sunday, March 17, in her Kileleshwa house.
She was found dead in her room by her house girl.
After the news of her death broke, several leaders and journalists sent their condolences.
She will be buried next week Wednesday, March 27 in Narok.
Ruto assents to Affordable Housing Bill 2023
President William Ruto on Tuesday assented to the Affordable Housing Bill 2023 after it was passed by Parliament.

Ruto who met several content creators with officials from Facebook and Instagram's mother company Meta said he had gotten a commitment from the officials of the social platform.
