Second Lady Pastor Dorcas Rigathi donned traditional Indian attire during the UUF Labels Fashion Show 2024.
The event, which took place at Oshwal Center in Nairobi was meant to showcase the complex blending of Indian and Kenyan ties, culture, and style.
The second lady in solidarity with the concept of the show wore a maroon saree, dotted with gold crystals.
The saree had white dots that matched her nails.

She paired the outfit with luxurious gold jewellery as she walked the show's runway.

Pastor Dorcas said that she was amazed by the elegance and luxury displayed at the fashion shows as he lauded the organisers.
Pastor Dorcas said that she attended the event to witness the creativity behind the fashion show.
"I believe our creative minds are goldmines and intellectual properties that are so precious, and we must protect and value them," Pastor Dorcas remarked.
She noted that creativity in the fashion industry is instrumental in eradicating poverty and creating employment for Kenyan youths.
"From the exquisite attire to the dazzling jewellery, the luxurious décor, vibrant dance performances and melodious music, every aspect exuded creativity and elegance. With over 45 exhibitors, the Fashion and Lifestyle Wedding Exhibition was a representation of the thriving creativity and innovation in the industry," she wrote on X.
Pastor Dorcas, who was accompanied to the show by Taita Taveta Deputy Governor Christine Saru Kilalo, urged the youth to explore creativity.
She further called for the protection of intellectual property rights saying; "I believe our creative minds are goldmines and intellectual properties that are so precious, and we must protect and value them."
The event was organized by Sudha Bhagwagar, Dhruv, and Shrishti Shah to showcase the thriving creativity and innovation in the fashion, lifestyle and entertainment industries.
