We are told he signs the visitors' book every Wednesday in every office seeking to meet the Cabinet Secretary. His relentless efforts and unfortunate encounters with bureaucratic hurdles and eccentric character has continued to keep everyone entertained, shedding light on the absurdities of the political landscape. It appears everyone in the offices he visits does not want to deal with him.
