Opposition chief Raila Odinga will from Saturday embark on a week-long charm offensive in Western and Nyanza strongholds.
In the itinerary released by ODM communications director Philip Etale, Raila will attend funerals, meet party delegates, hold rallies and launch the party’s membership recruitment drive.
Raila begins the tour in Migori on Saturday. He will camp in the county for two days.

Later, he will troop to Nyatike for the launch of the membership recruitment drive.
The ODM boss launched the drive in Siaya and Homa Bay two weeks in a clear attempt to revamp the party and counter President William Ruto who has been raiding his backyard with his UDA party.
“We want to give an opportunity to those younger people who have never had an opportunity to register to do so,” Raila said ahead of the launch in Siaya.
He said the drive, which is meant to prepare the party for the 2027 duel with President Ruto’s UDA, will culminate in grassroots elections planned for April next year.
On Sunday, Raila will open facilities at Migori County Referral Hospital and Rongo Sub-County Hospital.
He will then visit the party office in Rongo before launching county membership recruitment drive.
Raila will then move to the neighbouring Nyamira county for the launch of the recruitment drive on Monday.
He will launch the initiative at Nyamira Stadium where he is expected to address his supporters and urge them to register as party members.
On Tuesday, he will be at Kisii Sports Grounds in Kisii town where he will meet ODM delegates to strategise for the success of the drive.
Later, he will hold a mega rally and launch the membership recruitment drive.
The opposition leader will camp in Busia on Thursday where he will meet party delegates, hold a rally and launch ODM membership recruitment drive.
He will move to Kakamega on Friday for similar events.
On Saturday, he will attend the funeral of Goldiver Omondi, former Senator and MCA County Assembly of Kakamega at Kholera Ward in Matungu Constituency.
Raila will wrap up his tour of the region in Kisumu on Monday, December 4.
He will attend ODM delegates meeting, hold a rally and launch County membership recruitment drive.
