President William Ruto will on Saturday be in Mombasa County.
At 10.30 am, he will be at the launch of the Toyota Fortuner local assembly line at Associated Vehicle Assembler.
He will then head to commissioning of Kenya National Shipping Line Shupavu at Mombasa Kenya Shipyard Limited at 12.30 pm.
Ruto is in Mombasa for a five-day visit to the Coast region for a development tour.
His itinerary was to tour the coast region from July 27 covering Lamu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kwale, and Tana River counties.
"He will focus on inaugurating, commissioning, and inspecting government projects that are in line with the bottom-up economic agenda."
Ruto will emphasise projects in the blue economy and fisheries sector in Mukowe, Ngao, Ukunda, and Mombasa.
