Vegetable Omelettes are easy to make and they they only require a few ingredients.
Ingredients
- Two eggs
- One big tomato
- One glove garlic
- salt
- Three tablespoons of green pea
- Carrot
- One small capsicum
- Two small cooked potatoes
- Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Chop the onion, slice the carrot, potato, pepper, and skinned tomato and discard its seeds and then crush the garlic.
Step 2
Heat one tablespoon of oil and fry the onions and garlic until soft.
Step 3
Add enough oil to the pan then stir in the rest of the vegetables, heat for about eight to ten minutes.
Step 4
Beat the eggs lightly then add a quarter teaspoon of salt and pour it over the fried vegetables.
Step 5
Stir lightly and level on the heat until the eggs are well cooked.
Serve it on a plate and enjoy your Omelette with a hot cup of beverage.
