We expect that if the MPs are genuine in doing their work, then they should let the voice of their constituents who are opposed to the Bill count for something. If they don’t, we already have two constitutional petitions ready to challenge it in court once they are done.

The Judiciary has fired a warning shot at President William Ruto with its recent rulings as yet another high-stakes case heads to the courts for determination.
