Airtel has apologised to Kenyans over a technical hitch being experienced when they purchase bundles.
In a statement on Wednesday, Airtel Kenya said they have been having intermittent technical challenges affecting some customers who purchase bundles through M-PESA.
"The issue does not affect all purchases through this channel and only occurs during certain hours of the day," the statement read.
"However, this is under resolution. For our impacted customers, we are working to ensure you get the bundle you purchased."
Airtel said the customers will get an additional 1GB within 48 hours.
"We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by Airtel Networks Kenya," it said.
Customers had been complaining about the issue of bundles on their Twitter page.
