There is heavy police presence in Kisumu ahead of the Opposition's planned anti-government protests on Monday.
While the demos were meant start at 6am as per the announcement given by Azimio, but that is yet to happen as of 10 am.
This is even as roads in the lakeside city and major streets within the CBD remained deserted.
