Magoha's body will be taken to Starehe Boys Centre as that's where he undertook his secondary school Education. He joined the school in 1967.

Magoha died on January 24, 2023, at the age of 71 after suffering a cardiac arrest.

He had a long and illustrious career in medicine, academia and public service.

His colleague and friend Walter Mwanda told the media that the late CS  had a premonition he was going to die.

Magoha asked the wife to call the son and also the daughter-in-law.

It was revealed that Magoha collapsed at least four times before he was pronounced dead at the Nairobi Hospital where he was rushed.

Two times he collapsed in the house but was resuscitated by his son who is also a doctor.

Magoha was in a sitting position when his friend arrived.

He recognized him and they talked before he collapsed again and was brought to Nairobi Hospital.

The final collapse was massive just as they entered the hospital and all efforts to resuscitate were unsuccessful.

Magoha will be laid to rest at his home in Umiru, Nyamnina on Saturday, February 11, 2023.
