Kenya Power has recorded a net earnings of Sh3.5 billion for the year ended June 30, 2022 up from Sh1.5 billion the previous year.

The growth in profit was driven by 6.9 per cent growth in sales and a notable improvement of 1.5 per cent in system efficiency to 77.6 per cent.

There was also a reduction in operating cost by 4.6 per cent.
