Mixed reactions as Kenyans weigh in on Lawyer Willis' presentation

The submission of Lawyer Willis Otieno at the Supreme Court of Kenya was one of a kind.

From singing 'pinky, pinky, ponky' to sweating while making his submission, Lawyer Otieno generated a buzz on social media following his presentation.

While presenting his case, sweat could be seen profusely wading down his face.

The lawyer representing  petitioner David Kariuki Ngari, who wants the IEBC declaration of William Ruto as President-elect nullified, presented his case with much vigour and emotion that mesmerized many Kenyans.

While some made fun of his presentation, others expressed their admiration of his persona.

Lawyer Otieno was to be the running mate of Presidential aspirant Jimi Wanjigi but that did not happen since IEBC denied them clearance.

While choosing him, Wanjigi said Otieno was an easy pick for the position since he is a diligent professional whose values are outstanding.

Otieno, 39, has worked on governance issues in the political and electoral process in Kenya.

Back in 2017, he was head of the Raila Odinga presidential campaign secretariat.

Beyond the Kenya borders, Otieno also represented the current president of Mozambique when they were having political disputes.
