Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga is leading in Vihiga Constituency, Vihiga County.
The results were announced by IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati on Friday.
Raila garnered 17,140 votes while UDA presidential candidate William Ruto got 12,432 votes.
David Waihiga of the Agano Party got 84 votes while Roots Party flag-bearer George Wajackoyah had 233 votes.
The IEBC chairman said there were 52,309 registered voters in the constituency.
The total valid votes cast were 29,888.
400 votes were rejected from the Constituency.
IEBC will also verify diaspora votes before releasing the final tally.
