Kiambu gubernatorial candidate on independent ticket Wainaina Jungle has said he will challenge UDA candidate win in court.

Speaking on Saturday, Jungle said that the exercise was not conducted in a transparent manner.

He cited that some of his agents were thrown out of the tallying centres.

Jungle said that already he has written a letter to IEBC and he has attached the evidence of the malpractice.

"I would like to request IEBC not to declare Wamatangi as the winner as the exercise had alot of irregularities," Jungle said.

Earlier, Kiambu governor James Nyoro had said that the Jubilee team in Kiambu will go to court as a team to request the exercise to be repeated.

"We know what happened and we won't allow Wamatangi to be declared as the winner," Nyoro said.

Thika parliament Aspirant David Ngari said that they won't allow IEBC to issue a certificate to someone who didn't win.

"We won't accept the results and we are heading to court," he said.
