Ingeredients
- 1 fresh or frozen mango, diced
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 c plain or unsweetened vanilla yogurt/ coconut water/ water
- 3 bunches of fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Icecubes
Preparation
Step 1
Add the mango, apple, yogurt, and honey to a blender. Top with approximately 1 cup of ice.
Step 2
Fill the remainder of the blender with spinach, then blend until smooth and creamy.
If you meet any resistance while blending, add water, a tablespoon at a time, until the ingredients blend smoothly.
Step 3
Divide between two glasses, serve immediately and enjoy!
