Guinea-Bissau president Umaro Sissoco to visit Kenya

Guinea -Bissau president Umaro Sissoco Embaló will visit Kenya on Friday.

State House spokesperson Kanze Dena on Thursday said President Umaro will arrive in Nairobi for a three-day State visit.

The visiting President will be officially received by his Kenyan host, President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House.

They will have a meeting at 11 am followed by bilateral talks between Kenyan and Guinea-Bissau government delegations.

This is his second visit having been in the country two and a half years ago.

Among the key focus of the agenda then were collaboration in technical training, trade, security, and exchange of students and teachers among the two states.

Umaro is a political Scientist and millitary officer who previously served as a prime minister.
