Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga is the most preferred presidential candidate in Nairobi, Tifa Research has said.
In poll results released on Tuesday, Raila leads with 50 per cent while Deputy President William Ruto trails him at 25 per cent.
Roots Party's George Wajackoyah comes in third at 7 per cent.
However, 18 per cent of those interviewed remain undecided on who to vote.
The poll shows gain in Raila's side compared to May where he had a 41 per cent lead.
Ruto's side indicated a one percentage point drop compared to May when he had 26 per cent.
The poll was conducted on June 20, 2022 where 632 respondents who are all registered voters were interviewed.
The interviews were conducted through the telephone.
The poll has a margin error of +/-3.8 per cent.
Nairobi senator Johnson Sakaja who is United Democratic Alliance (UDA) candidate is still the most preferred candidate for the Nairobi governor seat, with 40 per cent of respondents supporting his bid.
He is closely followed by Azimio la Umoja- One Kenya flagbearer Polycarp Igathe at 32 per cent.
"Regarding the gubernatorial and senatorial contests, the former is now a much closer race than it was two months ago, with Senator Johnstone Sakaja of UDA only slightly ahead of his main opponent, Jubilee’s Polycarp Igathe (40 per cent vs. 32 per cent)," reads the poll.
