Acquiring tertiary education like a degree improves a person's scope of thinking thus enhancing decisiveness on conflicting matters that require much attention.

Campus life also brings together people from diverse backgrounds hence promoting cultural integration while also learning other people's way of life thereby promoting assimilation of some traits and accepting differences.

University education teaches students teamwork which helps them share ideas even later in life. It is disheartening to hear cases of forgery of academic papers from politicians who intend to serve people.

Some roles like that of Members of Parliament require smart brains who are capable of tabling sound bills to the House.

The law-making process is an activity which requires the input of professionals to tackle the problems ordinary citizens are going through.

Governors need to have excelled in school considering they are pillars of devolution, and heads of county government meaning they have various ministries to lead.

Although there are advisors, politicians should be able to discern workable projects, the more important ones that lead to the common good of the community.

The country's top seat cannot be left under the arms of an unlearnt person because there are diplomatic relations with the international community and internal matters to run.

The young people are watching the action taken to those with doubtful academic life, they may follow the same route if proper action is not taken.

The Constitution has stipulated minimum requirements for various posts therefore those with political motives have to comply to be verified to contest.

Ensuring adequate education will help reduce abuse of office cases and misappropriation of public resources as there will be competent leaders with integrity.

All loopholes of academic fraud need to be sealed to promote credibility in our education system, there shouldn't be instances of some people getting access to school certificates which they didn't labour for.

Once a person is proved to possess illegal documents legal action has to be taken to curb this problem which is becoming rampant more so among people with financial muscles.
