DP Ruto in Kakamega as Raila courts Muranga county

Ruto and Raila have scaled up their campaigns with various teams campaigning across the country.

• The DP's running mate Rigathi Gachagua will take Kenya Kwanza campaigns to parts of Nairobi and Kiambu counties as they intensify their vote hunt.

• Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga and his running mate Martha Karua will, on the other hand take their campaigns to Murang'a county.

Deputy President William Ruto will on Friday take his campaigns to Vihiga, Kakamega and Bungoma counties.

He will start off at Kidundu in Vihiga, Mumias, Mayuba Stadium in Sirisia Constituency where he will hold a series of meetings.

Ruto will then proceed to Muliro Gardens and also have his last rally in Webuye Constituency.

The DP's running mate Rigathi Gachagua will take Kenya Kwanza campaigns to parts of Nairobi and Kiambu counties as they intensify their vote hunt.

On Thursday, Ruto campaigned in the Gusii region, with visits to Nyakoe in Kitutu Chache South, Isecha in Kitutu Chache North and Nyaguta in Nyaribari Masaba constituency.

Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga and his running mate Martha Karua will, on the other hand take their campaigns to Murang'a county.

They will first attend a Mt. Kenya business leaders breakfast at Thika greens. 

This will follow his extensive tour of the larger Ukambani region that began with Machakos on Sunday and ended with Isiolo on Thursday.

Raila and Martha will sell the Azimio la Umoja manifesto for the country if they clinch the government in the August 9 General election.
