Zari spent three days in Nairobi, working with various companies during her trip.
However, Zari's main focus in Kenya was working with Fine Urban and Interior.
Close sources told Word Is the company paid her more than Sh1.5 million to work with the boss lady.
They paid for her flights and stay in one of the lavish hotels in Kenya, Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence.
When she touched down on Wednesday last week, Zari was with her new young lover, her manager Galston Antony, a cameraperson and Sophia Kwalana, who is her confidante.
After arriving, her hosts flew her to Namanga for a reveal and review of another exquisite mansion.
She was with the constructions company bosses and influencers Kabi and his wife Milly Wa Jesus.
Zari spent most of her Thursday shooting photos and videos at the newly built multimillion shilling mansion in Mumwe Estate, Runda.
Later that day, she went to the XS Millionaires club for an all-white party.
Sources told Word Is she was paid less than half a million shillings for her appearance.
Zari did not post anything about the posh event. A Word Is writer was invited to interview her on Thursday evening at Runda only to be locked outside for five hours.
"Who invited you here? You have to wait for they are still shooting," a security guard said.
The shoot took longer and at around 8.15pm, her manger Galston through a phone interview said Zari was too tired to do an interview.
"I have been informed about you guys and assured you are good people. Unfortunately, she is tired and needs to go and refresh for another gig tonight," he said, promising an interview on Friday.
"Please make time tomorrow at 12:30pm, she will do an interview with you."
Zari was back at Runda Mumwe on Friday, with journalists waiting to interview her. She just peeped from the door and continued with her shooting.
Her manager sent a message saying he would update on what time she could be interviewed.
"I will update as we go."
Aware that journalists were waiting to interview her, Zari was cautious that no 'stranger' took any photo of her.
Before stepping out, she ensured that nobody was holding a phone and her manager walked hand in hand with her.
The shoot continued up to around 5pm, with no communication from her manager.
After follow-ups, Galston said she had refused to do any interview as there were other businesses she was doing.
"I am sorry but she has said no."
However, sources said Zari refused to do any interview after a story about her new 'Toyboy' was done by a Kenyan blog.
She also did not want to speak about her baby daddy Diamond Platnumz, who apparently left Kenya without meeting her.
Zari was also upset that she had to refund some Sh200,000 to Spoton Vacations Limited, a tours, travel and events company.
This was after an official from the tour company asked to be refunded the money after Zari opted out of a deal last minute.
Spoton wanted to get Zari on a game drive tour for at least an hour on Friday.
Spoton's CEO Mark Steve was visibly disappointed after Zari's manager turned him down.
When Word Is reached out to Mark to find out about the same, he did not want to speak but said the marketing department would comment later.
Zari left for Uganda, after which she will visit Tanzania for five days before returning to South Africa.
