A section of Lang’ata Road at the Nyayo Stadium Roundabout will be closed on Sunday, March 20, from 4:00 am to 2:00 pm.

This is according to a statement by the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA).

KeNHA said they are paving a way to facilitate the erection of the Nyayo footbridge.

“We wish to inform the public that a section of Lang’ata Road at the Nyayo Stadium Roundabout will experience disruptions.”

They have encouraged the Nairobi bound traffic to use the Aerodrome Road into Uhuru Highway.

The Lang’ata bound traffic will be diverted into the Lang’ata -Nairobi bound lanes.

Further, KeNHA has advised motorists to follow the proposed traffic management plans and cooperate with traffic marshals on site.

“Motorists are further urged to exercise caution and road courtesy for better management of traffic,” the statement reads.
