The Kenya National Highways Authority (KENHA) has announced a public auction for the sale of motor vehicles, obsolete, surplus and unserviceable items.

The targeted regions include the Headquarters from March 15, Nairobi and Central region on March 16, Lower Eastern Region on March 15, South Rift Region on March 16, North rift Region on March 17, Nyanza Region on March 17, Western Region, North Eastern and Coast Region on March 18.

Interested bidders for motor vehicles must deposit a refundable fee of Ksh50, 000 in cash to KENHA at the cash office at the Auction Centre by 10:30 am before being allowed to bid. 

Bidders seeking to buy obsolete, surplus and unserviceable items must deposit a refundable fee of Sh. 5000 in cash to KeNHA at the cash office at the Auction Centre by 10:30 am before being allowed to bid.

The successful bidder must pay the balance of the purchase price in cash or deposit it in the KeNHA Bank Account provided in the catalogue within 14 days after the auction.

The successful bidder must pay a 25 per cent purchase price in cash or a deposit in the KENHA Bank Account provided in the catalogue at the fall of the hammer and the balance is to be paid within 14 days.
