IG Hillary Mutyambai while ordering their arrest said the motor vehicles which were hired to ferry the goons be tracked and detained to assist in the investigation.
The incident occurred on Sunday before the arrival of Deputy President William Ruto and his allies.
But Nyoro and Wahome, later on, dismissed the summons saying police had not officially asked them to present themselves.
While making his remarks on Citizen television morning show, Nyoro accused the government of sponsoring the youth to disrupt the church fundraiser.
"Let me put it on the record. I am not surrendering to any police. I will not be used by murderers to cleanse their mess..... They have the system they can track my phone, they know all my where bouts every day," he said.
He added, "They know that I was not involved in their mess, If you want to arrest me, I am here at home come and arrest me but will not be part of that narrative".
Homa Bay Woman Rep Gladys Wanga, however, challenged the legislator to just present himself to the police and record what he knows about the chaos.
Wanga said it is unfortunate that the legislators want to create drama around their arrests to gain sympathy.
"Just present yourself to the police and say what you. Creating drama around your arrest will not take you anywhere. If you are innocent as you have claimed then by now you should have already told the police so," she said.
