A fifth suspect was charged on Tuesday with the murder of human rights lawyer Willie Kimani and two others. Peter Kamau alias Brown is believed to that the three used before they were abducted, tortured and killed. A fifth suspect was

charged on Tuesday with the murder of human rights lawyer Willie Kimani and two others.

Peter Kamau alias Brown is believed to that the three used before they were abducted, tortured and killed.

Justice Jessie Lesiit consolidated Kamau's case with that of four Administration Police officers also linked to the killings.

They are Fredrick Leliman, Leonard Mwangi, Stephen Chebulet and Silvia Wanjiku.

The accused will return to court on October 12 to apply for bail.

Kimani, his client Josephat Mwendwa and their driver Joseph Muiruri went missing shortly after an appearance at Mavoko law courts on June 23.
