in his Karen home early this year, after a night out with friends.

During the celebrations Ida called on the

electorate to vote for ODM party leader Raila Odinga after he was as the party's presidential candidate during the celebrations.

"ODM stands for good governance, equity and quality living standards,"She said.

She taunted Jubilee Party’s merger, where

cannot offer any meaningful leadership Kenyans need.

Ida reiterated that no ODM member was paid or promised money to attend ODM's 10th

anniversary celebrations.

She hit out at those who defected from ODM to Jubilee saying they did

not share the party’s values and principles.

Those who defected to to Jubilee include MPs Gideon Mung’aro (Kilifi North), Mustafa Idd

(Kilifi South), Zainab Chidzuga (Kwale women representative), Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya, among others.

“They went away for two reasons. First, they did not understand our

policies, vision and values. They also left ODM because they

wanted money.

If someone wants to go, the door is wide open," She said.
