Budalangi MP Ababu Namwamba is man of many hats. On Friday evening he wore one of a philanthropist during the 12th anniversary celebrations for his eponymous foundation.
The Sh100,000 a plate dinner event held at the Crowne Plaza, also served as a fundraiser to support ANF's work.
Present were former guest speaker Machakos governor Dr Alfred Mutua, Prime Minister Raila Odinga, advocate Edwin Sifuna and Suni East MP Junet Mohammed.
Namwawba initiated the foundation in 2003, as a private charity supporting the education of young Kenyans across the country. This was his way of giving back to the society having been a beneficiary of the Jomo Kenyatta Foundation in high school.
