NAIROBI Deputy Governor Jonathan Mueke has warned individuals at City Hall against frustrating e-payment services.
"The county government will not tolerate attempts to frustrate the e-payment platform, especially by corrupt individuals keen on using loopholes to steal from the county," he said.
Mueke spoke at a Nairobi hotel yesterday when he launched an online architecture platform.
Architects can use it to submit building plans and pay approval fees without physically going to City Hall.
