A police officer and a suspected criminal died yesterday morning in a road accident involving three vehicles.
One car alleged to have been hired by Ruaraka’s Flying Squad unit hit a lorry between Isinya and Kajiado towns.
The chase car hit the first car from the rear.
There were four people in each of the cars. Two died and six were injured.
Police officers from the scene said their colleagues from Ruaraka were driving to Kajiado town with a suspect in their custody.
The police would not disclose information on the criminal case the officers were investigating.
