The Ministry of Roads and Transport pledged to finalise pending manuals and ensure seamless implementation to enhance infrastructure development.
CS Chirchior said the updated manuals support Kenya’s Vision 2030 infrastructure goals.

On Monday, Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport, Davis Chirchir, unveiled updated road design manuals and specifications. These incorporate international best practices while addressing climate change, road safety, non-motorised transport, and technological advancements.
