Environment CS Soipan Tuya on Wednesday presided over a sensitisation forum on the Fourth Medium Term Plan (MTP IV) for the period 2023-2027.
Tuya who led the forums in Narok, was accompanied by Tourism Principal Secretary John Ololtuaa.
She was received by Narok Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu and County Commissioner Kipkech Lotiatia.
The forum was themed, "Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA) for Inclusive Growth."
It seeks to sensitise Kenyans on Kenya's development priorities as well as seek their input and support for a greater success of development projects.
The BETA plan also envisages investments in agriculture, health, housing, businesses and the digital and creative economies to power the economic, political and social pillars of Kenya Vision 2030.
