CS Kindiki visited at least 15 officers who are at different stages of recovery

Away from the usual government duties and church services, Interior and National Administration Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki on Sunday found himself in various city hospitals.

The CS paid a visit to various security officers who have been injured in the line of duty and flown for specialised medical care in various hospitals in Nairobi.

Kindiki visited at least 15 officers who are at different stages of recovery.

"We wish you a quick recovery. You are our pride, " Kindiki added.

The CS acknowledged the sacrifices the officers have made while being on the frontline to defend the country.

"The sacrifices you make to keep our country and its people safe and secure are invaluable," Kindiki added.
