Coast region residents have received their copies of The Star newspaper.
A free copy of the paper will be distributed every Tuesday, it will also contain a pullout of the government newspaper, My Gov.
This is after The Star won a tender last year to circulate and print My Gov copies.
This Tuesday was the first free distribution of 100,000 Star newspapers.
Aside from the physical copy, Head of Content Radio Africa Paul Ilado said the My Gov copy will also be available on mgazeti.com and the Star website.
Kenyans have been encouraged to pick Fresh, Independent and Different Star newspapers at any public area and the nearest postal offices.
