Demonstrators on Thursday held protests within Nairobi County in support of the Housing levy.

The demonstrators, men, women and even children held placards containing messages about the levey.

Some of the placards displayed messages like '100 percent  support for the housing levy.'

Other demonstrators were seen holding cabbages and sticks, with some participants riding on lorries.They went ahead to demonstrate even outside the National Parliament.
