Environment, Climate Change and Forestry Cabinet Secretary Soipan Tuya on Monday chaired discussions on waste management at a Nairobi Hotel organised by Loop Forum Kenya.
The meeting which was themed "Accelerating the Circular Transition- Waste to Resources and Cleaner Production", seeks to drive actions towards creating wealth from waste sustainably in the country.
The CS was received by Danish Ambassador to Kenya Ole Thonke and The Netherlands Ambassador to Kenya Maarten Brouwer.
The meeting brought together the Kenya Association of Manufacturers, the Netherlands and Denmark Embassies and the Conference of Danish Industry among others under the Kenya Loop Forum to accelerate the Circular economy transition.
